Internet network Terra Lycos (Nasdaq: TRLY) and Headhunter.net (Nasdaq:HHNT) said Wednesday that they have agreed to integrate the online recruiter's content into the sites of the Lycos network.
Shares of the Terra Lycos, the new entity formed by the Spanish Internet company's merger with U.S. portal Lycos, dropped 0.81 to 15.06. Headhunter.net's stock was unchanged at 7.13.
Under the deal, Headhunter.net will make its full slate of career products and services, including more than 250,000 job listings, directly available to users of the Lycos Network on a new co-branded site. The online recruiter will pay an undisclosed amount for the integration, which will make its service available to Lycos Network's approximately 33 million monthly users.
The integration deal is the largest to date for Terra Lycos. Last month, the company inked a three-year search distribution agreement with Goto.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOTO).
