In Superhot, time only moves when you do. You're forced to think very carefully about how to move, where to shoot and how to dodge enemy fire. Now, a virtual reality version of the time-bending first-person shooter is set to come exclusively to the later this year.
"The level of game immersion that you get from playing Superhot in VR is simply crazy," said the developers in a blog post announcing the VR version of the game, and based on what we known of the stylish indie game, they're not wrong.
In addition to the VR version, the team is also working on DLC updates and new levels for the existing game.
Superhot first saw life as part of a 7-day game jam in 2014 before seeking funding on Kickstarter for a full version. If you're keen to try the game out, you can have a play of the prototype (Unity player required).
