Siebel Systems unveiled a new integrated suite of collaborative selling applications. With Siebel Interactive Selling, companies can engage a customer or prospect through a dialogue of questions and answers that offer analysis, advice and guidance over the Web. Siebel is the market leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software. The new suite, available immediately, includes Siebel eAdvisor, Siebel eConfigurator, Siebel ePricer and Siebel eSales applications. Pricing was not disclosed.
