America Online and Web-based Salon magazine struck a deal under which the magazine's content will get premium placement on AOL's Influence and Lifestyles channels. Salon content on AOL will include headlines, feature stories, and interviews. Salon magazine covers literature, entertainment, technology, and politics; and it features high-profile columnists such as Camille Paglia and Garrison Keillor. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
