Pegasus Communications, one of the largest independent providers of DirecTV, will make a $100 million private offering of senior notes. The company, which operates ten television stations and a Puerto Rican cable system, will use the proceeds to finance more direct broadcasting system acquisitions and to repay loan debt. The Pegasus satellite unit serves 425,000 customers in 36 states.
