Short Take: OpenNet Coalition adds new members

OpenNet Coalition, the Internet service provider lobbying group formed in February by America Online and MindSpring, added 30 new members, doubling its size. Rocky Mountain Internet and the Oregon Internet Service Providers Association are among some of the new members. The group was formed to push for equal access laws that would allow ISPs to lease capacity on private cable TV broadband networks.
