Short Take: Online cigarette ad rules proposed

A bill introduced to the U.S. House and Senate would require tobacco ads on and off the Net to post warning labels that occupy at least 33 percent of their area. The labels would use the same language as the ad and feature the word "WARNING" in red type. The fine for violating the proposed law: up to $100,000 for each offense, per day.
