NetValue, an online coupon-delivery service, has filed for an IPO of 2.4 million common shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company, which has seen losses grow since its inception in 1996, expects to raise $10.14 million after expenses. NetValue intends to apply to list its shares on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, although there is no assurance such a request will be granted.
