Short Take: Miramar Systems updates PC-to-Mac software

Miramar Systems said it has begun shipping an updated version of its PC desktop-to-Macintosh server interoperability software, called PC MacLan. Version 7.2 enables Windows 98 machines to access the Macintosh operating system's LAN, Internet, and remote access features. PC desktops can also receive notice of network events, such as queuing or pending server downtime.
