Short Take: Lotus reaches out to legacy apps

Lotus has partnered with Apertus Technologies to provide software for accessing legacy applications from Lotus Domino and Notes. Apertus is developing a custom interface to its Enterprise/Access software for Lotus NotesPump, the Lotus server-based data transfer engine. Currently scheduled for year-end release, the interface will be available on the Lotus's Web site and then bundled into a future release of NotesPump.
