Short Take: Lockheed, Microsoft build DMS Server

Lockheed Martin and Microsoft built a Defense Message System (DMS) that meets the specifications outlined by the U.S. Department of Defense. The companies will ship Windows NT Server 4.0 operating system and Microsoft Internet Information Server with each Exchange DMS Server, and Internet Explorer 3.0 with each Exchange DMS shipped to the federal government.
