KnowledgePoint, a developer of human resources management software, has introduced a pay-per-use Net application dubbed PerformanceReview.com, designed to help managers write employee reviews. Users select one of six review forms or build their own, choose a performance element (such as attendance or initiative), and rate performance on a high-to-low scale. PerformanceReview.com takes the manager's input and generates editable supporting text. A single use costs $9.95; unlimited-use subscriptions cost $49.95 for three months or $89.95 for a year.
