Hewlett-Packard announced price cuts of 30 percent on its line of AdvanceStack 10/100-mbps Ethernet-based switching hardware. This move marks the second round of price cuts on HP's networking gear in a month. The cuts affect HP's 208T, 224T, and Switch Management Module. The 208T and 224T offer managers eight and 24 ports of 10-mbps connectivity as well as potential for two 100-mbps ports.
