Short Take: Hacker attacks gun-control site

The Web site of a nonprofit gun-control group has been defaced and its address hijacked by a pro-gun hacker. The Violence Policy Center site showed "a picture of bombs, a skull and crossbones and obscenities," executive director Josh Sugarmann said. In addition, all VPC email was being rerouted to the hacker. VPC reported the incident to the FBI and asked domain name registrar Network Solutions to restore its Web site address.
