Short Take: Covad, Juno strike DSL deal

Juno Online Services, an Internet service provider, and Covad Communications, a wholesaler of high-speed digital subscriber lines (DSL), have signed a two-year agreement under which Juno will resell Covad DSL to its customers. Juno plans for the first time to launch a nationwide DSL offering later this year with full commercial availability in 2000. The service will be called Juno Express.
