Short Take: Ad traffic firms to partner

NetCount, a tracking service that measures Web site traffic for publishers and advertisers, and BPA International, an audit firm that verifies Web traffic figures, have announced a marketing alliance that includes seminars for Internet ad agencies and content providers. BPA, which also handles audits of print publications, also has certified NetCount's system, developed with accounting firm Price Waterhouse.
