Novell announced it will license its network services, such as NetWare Directory Services, to Caldera, makers of Linux-based operating system software. This means users of Linux will be able to plug into NDS as well as file and print services, integrating Linx networks with the multitude of Novell network environments. Caldera plans to port the Novell services to Linux throughout the next year.
