Yum! A video game controller you can eat

Make desserts to the shapes of classic game controllers with a silicone mold from ThinkGeek.

Level up with desserts that look like vintage game controllers. ThinkGeek

Celebrate your next video game marathon with candies, cakes and ice cubes in the shape of classic controllers from Sony, Nintendo and Sega.

The Classic Game Controller Mold from ThinkGeek makes two each of three different controllers.

"Classic video games hold a special place in our hearts," ThinkGeek writes on its website. "They taught us how to be the questing, brave, strong, caring, and silly geeks that we are. But they could never have done that without the input from controllers. Without controllers, how would Mario know which way to go? Or Sonic? Or Lara Croft? Time to celebrate the things you used to make them move with this Classic Game Controller Silicone Mold."

The $9.99 (roughly £6.25, AU$11.50) mold is about 7.5 inches by 5.75 inches by 1 inch. Each controller comes out about 2.9 inches wide.

If making mini controller cakes, grease and flour the molds first. ThinkGeek
