Microsoft sues for software piracy

Microsoft announced it had sued seven companies in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Oklahoma for allegedly selling pirated software. The businesses, mostly computer software and hardware resellers, allegedly sold counterfeit copies of Microsoft's Office software package and various versions of the Windows operating system.
