Dating is never easy, but what happens when you fall head over heels for a girl who can start fires with her mind? Never Let This Go's new music video for the song "Right Now" tells the age-old tale of guy meets girl -- except the girl has pyrokinetic powers she has a tough time controlling.
Lucky for her, the guy has a few superpowers of his own.
The indie rock music video was released Tuesday exclusively on Stan Lee's World of Heroes YouTube channel. It stars Alison Haislip of geek girl group Team Unicorn and Banks Boutte ("Match"), and is written and directed by Jennie Kong ("Made By Maggie"). Even Michael Rooker, aka Merle Dixon in "The Walking Dead," makes a cameo.
The mutant-tastic music video premiered during the global "Original Superheroes and Heroines" tentpole program in partnership with Stan Lee's World of Heroes, Pow Entertainment and YouTube Space LA. The program, which was announced on May 7, celebrates the comic book genre by encouraging YouTube content creators to make original videos about their own superhero characters.
