Politicians are forever trying to appeal to younger audiences, usually while being maligned for it. But for Hillary Clinton, could emojis be the key to reaching millennials and wavering Bernie Sanders supporters?

Software developer Tanooki Labs appears to think so. This week it released Hillarymoji, a free iOS keyboard with 20 emojis of the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate.

The emojis include Hillary as Rosie the Riveter, Hillary waving two American flags and Hillary looking rather bored as she testified last year before a US congressional committee investigating the 2012 attack on the US embassy in Benghazi, Libya. One also uses a pink "woman card."

Though the candidate's campaign is not affiliated with Tanooki, whose name comes from a racoon-like power-up in the Mario videogames, Hillarymoji does include a button that will take users to a page on Clinton's site where they can donate. Dave Renz, Tanooki Labs' cofounder, told CNN that more emojis related to news events will be added over the next few weeks.
