Facebook has a great costume idea for Halloween, as it makes moves to catch up with ephemeral messaging app Snapchat.
In 2013, the social media giant failed to buy Snapchat for $3 billion. On Monday, a report said the company earlier this year tried to buy Snow, a similar social network in Asia, but couldn't manage to snatch it up either. Facebook has made moves over the past few months to be more like Snapchat, including introducing Stories on Instagram.
