Duck and cover at Capitol Hill

Anti-spyware company executive David Moll stood before a Senate Committee on Wednesday, filling them in on the evils of spyware--from its affects on consumers and businesses to ways legislation should be drafted to combat the nasty stuff.

Fortunately for Moll, chief executive of Webroot Software, he wrapped up his presentation before the sirens sounded and parts of Capitol Hill and the White House were abruptly evacuated.

A small airplane had caused the ruckus, when its pilots found themselves flying in restricted airspace.

Maybe Moll's next presentation before the Senate's Commerce, Science and Transportation committee can be expanded to cover the plane-factor when examining security issues.
