At 53, I have seen that legislation works. Reference the auto industry situation that this country had with cheap imports. Maybe it wasn't for the best, because competition tends to make for better products. But the American auto industry managed to survive.

All the training in the world is not going to put food in American children's bellies, if their parents can't find work.
