Your holidays just got even more Star Wars injected into them.
If seeing the cast of "The Force Awakens" on the big screen this December isn't enough Star Wars for you, you can come home to paper snowflakes featuring BB-8, Finn, Kylo Ren, Poe, Rey and the First Order Stormtroopers.
Last year, artist Anthony Herrera created beautiful paper snowflakes paying homage to classic Star Wars characters like Han Solo, Jabba the Hutt, Greedo and even those hungry space slugs that tried to eat the Millennium Falcon.
This year, in honor of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," Herrera made even more intricate snowflakes for fans who want to test their paper craft skills. You can download templates here to make the snowflakes.
"When designing all of these snowflakes, I have to keep in mind the end result," Herrera told CNET's Crave blog. "It's one thing to create a design that looks awesome onscreen, but the purpose of these snowflakes is to allow others to actually create them themselves."
Before you start cutting away, Herrera offers a few tips for making the elaborate "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" snowflakes.
"I always recommend good sharp scissors, an X-Acto blade of some kind and a good cutting surface, and lots of patience," Herrera said. "Some are easier than others. Start simple and work your way up to the more challenging ones. Also, improvise. If something is not cutting a certain way, or the area in question is becoming too weak, make adjustments. The whole point is to just have fun."
