Former U.S. Senator, NBA All-Star and failed presidential candidate Bill Bradley has joined the board of hard-drive specialist Seagate Technology. Seagate has long been one the leaders in the often competitive hard-drive market. The Scotts Valley, Calif.-based company sold off divisions and went private a few years ago, only to re-emerge as a public company.
Earlier this year, former vice president Al Gore, who ran against Bradley in the 2000 Democratic primaries, joined the board of Apple Computer.
