Apple Watch page gets rickrolled and is never gonna give you up

Apple is never gonna let you down with its mastery of a subtle rickroll. The Apple Watch support page has a sneaky image that pays homage to the classic Rick Astley meme.

Apple is the master of the subtle rickroll, as evidenced by this image from its support site. Apple

Apple is no stranger to trolling. They know the rules, and so do I.

The company recently updated the "Use Digital Touch" page on the Apple Support site for the Apple Watch , which includes a section instructing Apple Watch wearers how to add a friend to their watch. The image alongside the instruction screen features a watch with several friends whose initials join together to spell out the line "never gonna give you up" from Rick Astley's oft-memed song of the same name.

The "NE VE RG ON NA GI VE YU UP" Apple Watch gag isn't the first time Apple has rickrolled its users. As The Verge points out, Apple featured the hit song playing in the background of its support page for the new Control Center in iOS 7, and cheekily included a link to the now infamous YouTube video of Astley's song in the changelog for the iOS 6.4 beta for developers.

This probably won't be the last instance either, as Apple is never gonna run around and desert your need to be subtly rickrolled by the company when you're trying to figure out how to make its products work.
