The Nintendo 2DS is getting two new transparent colors on November 21. Seemingly ripped directly from 1996, the 2DS will be offered in Crystal Red and Crystal Blue, both priced at $100 each. The original Crimson Red and Electric Blue 2DS variants will still retail for $130.

The 2DS is the company's solution for players that don't want the contentious 3D effect present on the 3DS . It also sports a wedge design as opposed to the 3DS' clamshell form factor.

November 21 is a big release day for the company, not just because of the new 2DS colors, but also for software. Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby for the 3DS (and 2DS) along with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U all hit the same day.
