Amazon's Alexa may find a new home: Citi's mobile banking app.

Citigroup is testing Amazon's digital assistant as part of an upgrade to its Citi banking app, according to Fortune. In addition, the company is considering using facial recognition as a way to log in to your bank account.

Citi will reportedly unveil some of these changes -- including the use of biometrics -- in an update in the fourth quarter. The company may also sign deals with other financial tech startups to enhance the features of its app.

Citi and Amazon couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
