The $499 next-generation console is now on display at Microsoft's retail outlets. Don't bump your nose on the glass case.
Microsoft is teasing its Xbox One with a "look but don't touch" approach.
The gaming console is popping up at Microsoft Stores for potential buyers to ogle. But ogling is about all you can do since the gadget is locked up in a glass case like a museum piece. Even though you can't get your hands on the console, you can at least check out its various components in person.
The next-generation Xbox One will debut in November for $499. On Tuesday, Microsoft announced 23 launch titles for the new console, including Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield 4.
