Vividence names Greenberg CEO

Jeff Greenberg has been named chief executive of software maker Vividence, the company announced Tuesday. Greenberg, 44, was most recently CEO of ShoppingList.com, a start-up focused on using the Internet to drive traffic to brick-and-mortar stores. Before that, he spent 20 years at Information Resources. As division president there, Greenberg led that company's e-commerce initiatives and was responsible for its revenues. As president and chief executive of San Mateo, Calif.-based Vividence, Greenberg will be responsible for building growth, positive operating results and global expansion of the company's products and services. Founder Artie Wu, 29, will serve as chairman and chief strategy officer.
