Topio scoops up $10 million

Topio announced Tuesday it raised a $10 million second round of funding, led by Sigma Partners. Sigma will also receive a board seat. Previous investor Sequoia Capital also contributed to the round, bringing total funding to $13 million to date. Santa Clara, Calif.-based Topio develops software for data replication and disaster recovery.
