Short Take: Zefer names new CFO

Internet consulting firm Zefer has named James Slamp its new chief financial officer. Slamp will be responsible for overseeing the firm's financial operations, the company said. Prior to joining Zefer, Slamp served as controller of Diamond Technology Partners where he helped lead the company through its initial public offering with more than $100 million in revenues. Zefer has said it plans to go public in the near future. Previously, Slamp also worked at management consultancy PricewaterhouseCoopers.
