XcelleNet, a provider of system management solutions for remote users, says its second-quarter revenues will fall short of Wall Street analyst expectations. The company predicts that revenues will be
approximately $12 million, compared to $10.1 million in the year-earlier period, and earnings are estimated to be break-even compared to 5 cents per share
in the year-ago quarter. Analyst estimates averaged $14.4 million, with
earnings per share projected at an average of 14 cents. Complete results are
scheduled to be released by the company on July 17, 1997.
