Short Take: Tivoli, VitalSigns ink deal

IBM subsidiary Tivoli systems announced a new partnership with VitalSigns that will allow the management software giant to incorporate analysis capabilities within a forthcoming suite of electronic commerce-focused applications. Under terms of the deal, Tivoli will OEM VitalSigns' NetMedic agent technology and VitalAnalysis server-based tool for its Cross-Site suite of tools, due out in the fall.
