Software startup Tioga Systems, formerly Replicase, will unveil its first product next week. Tioga's new Self-Healing System will be a diagnostic and repair program for PC software that runs on Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT. The privately held company aims to reduce support costs by fixing software conflicts in the corporate environment, a market known as "application state management." Tioga has funding from Accel Partners and Softbank Technology Ventures, among others.
