Short Take: Stamps.com appoints interim CEO

Stamps.com said it named an interim chief executive, following recent layoffs and a string of management departures at the company. Bruce Coleman--former CEO of high-tech companies Information Sciences and Walker Interactive Products--will take over for former CEO John Payne, who resigned in mid-October. Coleman said he plans to help the company "regain its focus" and will put together a long-term senior management team.
