The Software Publishers Association has dropped a lawsuit against Community Connexion, an Internet service provider that the SPA had accused of copyright infringement. In recent months, the SPA has stepped up efforts to get ISPs to remove pirated software, as well as hyperlinks to pirated software, from their networks. Community Connexion was one of three ISPs that SPA filed suits against.
