Shopping.com, beset by hundreds of customer complaints over purchase delays in the past few months, installed a new executive management team. The company tapped Randall Read as the new chairman of the board, Frank Denny as the president and CEO, and James Chamberlain as the new CFO. Denny assumes his new position after serving as Shopping.com's chairman since April 1998. He replaces John Markley, who will remain as a director.
