Short Take: SAP appoints new U.S. financial chief

SAP has named Edward Lyons, the former chief financial officer at Nabisco International, as CFO of SAP America, the German software maker's U.S. subsidiary. Lyons replaces John Milana, who left SAP America last January. The move follows the recent appointment of Werner Brandt as CFO for SAP's Germany operations. Before joining SAP America, Lyons spent 24 years with Nabisco, where he served as senior vice president.
