Short Take: Rodeo Drive coming online

The Rodeo Drive Committee--made up of landlords and merchants from the famous street such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier--announced it will launch a Web site in March 1998. The site will feature virtual reality technology for surfers to browse through each store, then they will be able to shop using their credit cards at each store's page within the site.
