Short Take: Qwest taps CEO for EUnet

Qwest Communications International announced it has tapped Andrew Carver to be CEO of EUnet International, a European Internet service provider acquired by Denver-based Qwest in April. Carver, who previously served as the managing director for CompuServe Network Services in Europe, will oversee all operations of EUnet. Carver brings more than 20 years of experience in the European data communications and technology markets.
