Berkeley, California-based ProxiNet introduced a beta version of ProxiWeb 3.0 Beta for Windows CE, a graphical Web browser for Palm-sized PCs. Based on the company's proprietary SmartProxy technology, ProxiWeb is designed to speed downloads and optimize Web content for handheld devices. Windows CE users can download the beta version of the browser for free at the company Web site.
