Restaurant reservations Web site Open Table has unveiled an incentives program dubbed "Safety Net" to lure its competitors' clients. Restaurants with existing online reservation systems that operate in real time are eligible for waived installation fees, discounts and other incentives if they switch to Open Table. The program expires at the end of the year.
