Short Take: Novell announces more caching clients

Network software maker Novell announced two more companies who have licensed the company's Internet Caching System software for use in their hardware appliances. Quantex Microsystems and Pionex Technologies said they will deliver appliances to help speed delivery of Web pages to users using Novell's technology by the third quarter of this year. Novell has already signed on high-profile systems suppliers Dell Computer and Compaq Computer.
