NetPhone, an Internet communications and telephony company, has received $3 million in funding from four investors as part of its third round of financing. Brooktrout Technology and Cabletron Systems reinvested in the company, while venture capital firm Applied Technology and Japanese computer distributor CTC Itochu contributed to it for the first time. NetPhone also named Maurice Rodrigue, formerly vice president of sales, president and COO.
