NEC Computer has reduced prices on select Versa notebook computers by up to 17 percent. The Versa 2530 with a 133-MHz Pentium processor now costs $1,699, down from $1,999, a reduction of 15 percent; the Versa 2650CD with a 150-MHz MMX Pentium is now $2,499 from $2,999, a 17 percent reduction.
