Microsoft has posted a new version of the Internet Explorer 4.01 upgrade on its Site Builder Web site. The patch reduces the size of the IE 4.01 download from 12 MB to 6 MB without losing any of the upgrade's functionality by removing duplicate files, a company spokeswoman said. Microsoft released IE 4.01 early this month to fix bugs and add capabilities for disabled users.
