Internet advertising firm Agency.com will merge with fellow online ad agency Eagle River Interactive to create a giant interactive marketing company. The combined company will retain the Agency.com name and will be headquartered in New York, with overseas offices in London and Paris. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The merger continues a trend of buyouts, including Agency.com's purchase of Interactive Solutions, Spiral Media, and Online Magic.
