Internet consulting company MarchFirst has named Thomas Metz as its new president and COO and Peter Murphy as its new CFO. The Chicago-based company said Metz replaces Robert Clarkson, who intends to pursue other interests. Murphy replaces Bert Young, who will work for a wireless technology company. Prior to new appointments, Metz was executive partner of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Group. Most recently, Murphy was vice president of accounting.
